Valincius Insurance (“Valincius Insurance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent insurance agency and a DBA of Valincius Group LLC. We help people compare and enroll in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Part D prescription drug, life, health, annuity, and dental, vision, and hearing coverage. Information you give us. When you fill out a form, call, text, or email us, we collect what you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the coverage you are interested in, the best time to reach you, and any message you include. If you request our Medicare checklist, we collect your name and email address.
Information we collect while helping you. To compare plans or complete an application, we may ask for additional details, such as your date of birth, address, Medicare number and effective dates, current coverage, doctors, prescriptions, pharmacies, and, for some products, health history needed for underwriting. We only ask for what is needed for the coverage you want to review.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our analytics provider automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on site, the page that referred you, and general location (city or region). Please do not send your Social Security number, Medicare number, or bank information through our website forms or by regular email. We will collect sensitive details securely when they are needed.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell or rent your information as leads to other agents or marketing companies.

Health, prescription, and provider information you share with us is used only to help you find, compare, apply for, and keep suitable coverage. We do not use it for unrelated marketing. When we work on behalf of an insurance carrier, we protect health information as required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and our agreements with that carrier. Once you apply for or enroll in a plan, the carrier’s own Notice of Privacy Practices also applies to the information it holds.
If you give us your phone number and consent, we may contact you by phone call, text message, or email, including through automated technology, about the insurance options you requested. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out or HELP for help, or tell us at any time that you no longer want calls or texts, and we will add you to our internal do-not-contact list.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep personal information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, regulatory, carrier, and tax requirements. Medicare-related records and call recordings are kept for at least 10 years as required by CMS. When information is no longer needed, we delete or securely dispose of it.
To make a request, contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within the time required by law.
Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
